You have it backwards. It was the other way around. The share price appreciated because of rare earth speculation and the expansion/reopening of Mountain Pass was paid by public offerings during this time. It was all equity for “Project Phoenix”. The share price appreciated, then financing was achieved through equity offerings, then the share price fell.

The main debt deal came later with the acquisition of Neo, which was the ultimate demise of Moly as it was known prior to the 2015 bankruptcy.
