She did say this by the way; I think it was in her December RealVision video. It was in conjunction with a senior-to-common cramdown. When I ran the numbers for that scenario I came up with $0.69 for the commons. A senior cramdown is certainly the worst case scenario for the existing commons.

Neither. They are a private research firm, but they have had actual meetings with FHFA and Treasury. They are very plugged-in and their words should carry a lot of weight. They are getting their info straight from the horses' mouths.
