I had a question on the uplisting. I know this has been mentioned before - and I just assumed (wrongly maybe) any uplisting would be done around the time of the capital raise.
But now AGC analytics was predicting an uplisting as soon as this fall. Regardless of the NYSE minimums or other requirements, if I remember correctly, some on this board predicted a reverse split to help this along. But some didn't like the idea of a reverse split. I am not sure why anyone would object to it - can someone enlighten me on the downside?
