Someone posted about averaging down, and for the most part I do agree, but there are exceptions. It's just how you play it.

For instance my first average was .025, and bought on the way up before the explosion to .065-plus. So at the end of the day my average was .035. During the next week or so when it was dropping below my average of .035, I bought. Now my average is .0304.

If it's a good company with solid financials, [well as far as OB's go and cash positive] management is sound, you've called and made your best DD, why not average down.

The only reasonw why I averaged down is sound financials, and... a management team who will listen and respond to interesting ideas. In that respect, both Mike and Joe are a great team to watch. Mike has an entrepreneural type personality, a mover and a shaker, whereas Joe has the background and savvy to keep things grounded. Joe listens intently!

Never thought for a second and still don't, that they set around and have grass growing under their feet. No, I've gathered they both move forward utilitzing their backgrounds and knowledge to gain much needed foresight as the pursue further mergers and acquisitions.

The only thing not steady around here are the MM's and a few sod-busters with poop under their boots.
