Toxic notes galore (after it was promised there would never be any)

Initial production, initial production again, and again and again and again....

Gold sales, but never reflected in filings

Gold sales again, but never reflected in filings

PT selling shares but failing to report to SEC for 30 or 40 days

Cost per ounce "estimates" based on nothing

43-101 report and 3-D Modeling promised but meh...who needs 'em?

Insider info dispensed at birthday party to select few
