A buy out at $5/share gets us each $5/share. Think what a settlement number needs to be to get us $300m and how many years away that could be after appeals. I think after the lawyers get their cut and taxes you may need a billion dollar settlement. Plus if I was them and worried I would offer to buy as many shares as they can at 2 and see what they get. Like I said you dont need to own all the shares to get representation on the board.
