If the person who top-ticked VPLM @ $.45(buying) invests the same amount as he did @ $.45, in VPLM now and he gets a bounce to $.025...HE'S EVEN(actually, a bit up) ON HIS TOTAL INVESTMENT!

And if this same imaginary person buys the only winning powerball ticket when the grand prize is 400 million dollars he will win a 400 million dollar lottery.

Both of these concepts are completely irrelevant and meaningless outside of the vplm reality distortion field where all long term investors in this scam have been crushed.

Definition of stupid: Knowing the truth, seeing evidence of the truth, but still believing the lie.
