I agree however, you need actual buyers and a reason to buy besides it is going up. Personally I believe you need to see fundamental present or short term value of $3 to $5, and future value ($25+) to get investors interested. There are just too many good investments on the market to take a risk otherwise. I am not sure of the float nor do I know if the B shares still exist, any warrants, or option convertables etc. This could be a home run or a pump and dump. I Just don't know. If you can assume there is actually only million or less full diluted shares outstanding, then with a conservative 12 P/E the company only needs to show a NOI of $250K to be worth $3 and at a 20 P/E $5. $1,000,000 with 18 month then you are looking at $25 future and a buy out. This is with the assumtion they are not going to try to rasie money and dilute which is doubtful.

The other possibilities are there really is only 676,000 share outstanding and all other stock has been washed out with time and someone is trying to get controling interest. Then again the old management might have an offer or are be building a company and taking all the shares they can off the market before selling or going private.

Who knows?
