Not to many penny stocks can acquire companies like uBid has over the last six months. Obviously they have bankers supporting them through these acquisitions. A cash raise is soon to happen and probably a reverse split prior which is fine. The actual float is very small and those $400M shares or so that are restricted are a bitch to sell on the open market. I heard some of those shares have been held for more than a year and holders are having a very hard time selling those shares because no brokers are excepting transfers from uBids transfer agent. Anyhow, I feel this stock should be trading much higher around $.06 - $.10. The domain name alone is worth $5M-$10M for Restaurant.com and adding in the revenue of $6M-$10M. Just my 2cents.
