Preferreds have no vote on company's business decisions especially when it comes to SS. Their only capacity for voting is with regards to accepting a change to their voided contracts so they'll vote to take any offer that's better than nothing cause that's all they're entitled to now. Yep, they're likely to be in court another decade after C-ship ends against the Gooberment coz FnF didn't cause them any harm. Wake UP!
