It could be that Doc has had Wellness Teladoc in the works for years and is now ready to let it roll. Checking the final boxes and it could be time for a name change so as to distinguish ourselves from a company that we are working parallel to. That suggests to me we are very close.

Naming a company nowadays has also become very difficult because almost every name you can think of has been used. That's why companies are dropping vowels or using slang in their name. Doc has founded over 40 companies.... I think he's got this.
