In my research I have uncovered some information with UTEP - University of Texas El Paso, with whom BIEI is partnered with......

As you can see, this partnership has been documented for several years and can also be seen on the company's website....

Notice the Research & Development for BIEI product(s) takes place in El Paso, TX. This, in my opinion, can most likely mean to suggest that the company R&D efforts are done with the University partner at their facilities.

Now, notice the HINT dropped by the company in Monday's PR (4-6-2020)

Now, here's the piece I find interesting...... Don't get me wrong there's a lot of reading between the lines at this point, but if it fills in as im speculating it may, this could be Huge imo.......

"UTEP School of Pharmacy Developing COVID-19 Vaccine, Drug Treatments Using Supercomputing... uman Sirimulla, Ph.D., assistant professor of pharmaceutical sciences at UTEP, is leading a group of experimental researchers to virtually develop the molecular structure of a protease inhibitor that would target the coronavirus, which causes COVID-19, a respiratory illness that can spread from person to person.

“UTEP faculty members advance discovery of public value,” said UTEP President Heather Wilson. “We have high expectations for Dr. Sirimulla’s research and look forward to his development of therapies to combat the novel coronavirus infection.”

Sirimulla is collaborating with UTEP faculty members Md Nurunnabi, Ph.D., assistant professor of pharmaceutical sciences, and Manuel Llano M.D., Ph.D., associate professor in the Department of Biological Sciences; and Tudor I. Oprea, professor of medicine and chief, Translational Informatics Division, Department of Internal Medicine at the University of New Mexico.

Using computational methods, Sirimulla is piecing together small molecules to create inhibitors of viral proteins – specifically, inhibitors that will bind to the coronavirus’s S-protein, or spike protein, and block it from attaching to and infecting healthy cells. He is also developing inhibitors of coronavirus main protease, which is an attractive target due to its essential role in processing the polyproteins that are translated from the viral RNA. Scientists will be able to use the new protease inhibitor to develop drugs effective against COVID-19."

It goes on to say more but I will leave it at that...... Now, notice the article says they are developing a VACCINE. Also notice in the bolded it states, "inhibitors that will bind to the coronavirus’s S-protein..."

Now, lets see what BIEI 3/23/2020 PR says, "The patent application involves the removal of disease-specific antigens via an extracorporeal process. These antigens are associated with the ability of Covid-19 to replicate. By targeting these disease antigens with a complexing agent and causing them to bind together, the resulting molecular compound can then be removed in a brief clinical process." AND..... "We have already received verbal agreement from a major university partner that they would be able to produce the necessary specific antibodies in a relatively short period of time...". ONE MORE THING.... "We believe that these antibodies may also be utilized as an intravenous drug therapy for Covid-19 patients in addition to their use in our extracorporeal treatment process."
INTRAVENOUS..... maybe like a vaccine? Bind to the protein? ..... Maybe like the patent of BIEI's??
We already know they are longstanding partners and the PR acknowledges they have a verbal agreement from a "major university partner"........

"We believe that these antibodies may also be utilized as an intravenous drug therapy..." Coincidence? You decide....

From the information I see, I believe its quite clear that something major is going on. The company certainly seems to believe so too in my opinion with the CANCELLATION OF THE REVERSE SPLIT on Monday, the announcement of their plans this week to eliminate the notes, and the recent insider buying as can be seen in the Form 4's...... If they can eliminate these notes/debts and execute with their verbal agreements with a university partner which I believe is UTEP, then this could be one for the record books..... In the end its all about the company executing properly and by the looks of it with the recent positive press releases, I do believe they are trying......
