1)JUDGE KARA PETTIT is a fictitious person. She doesn't exist.
2)The 687 case document filings never happened.
3) The website link: www.utcourts.gov/xchange works for everyone but does not work for one particular person so it is not real.
4)There is no such thing as a District Court in Utah.
5) And last but not least....and this is what is proof positive that there is no case...... the judge, plaintiff's attorneys, and the defendant's attorneys along with the court support staff did not want to meet in the middle of a pandemic to discuss postponing the trial due to the pandemic. They actually did this....are you ready for this?...THEY ACTUALLY DID THIS IN 5 MINUTE CONFERENCE CALL FROM THE SAFETY OF THEIR HOMES OR OFFICES. Can you believe it? That's it. That is PROOF POSITIVE that cannot be disputed by any person that there is no real case.

If there was a real case here, they all would have had no issue with being infected by a deadly virus to make sure they had met face to face.
