I'd assume the Innovations video is encoded via YouTube and since they blocked access to videos on their Innovations Channel, that could be what's causing the video not to load?

If that is the problem, it could be easily fixed by unprivating the video on their YouTube channel or by uploading it directly to the website itself.

Either way it seems like something that should be fixed. Would maybe take 10 minutes, assuming I described the problem correctly, and their IT guy could do it from home.

I'm not complaining though. A video that won't load still looks better than a news link that brings potential partners to a page showing the companies delinquencies. I'll take that upgrade.
