REITS went down 80% due to the Covid-19 breakout. Selected REITS are guaranteed for 2 years by MBS, they are trading below book value and have a dividend.

So that holds up your argument about QTMM. This is a penny stock startup with QD's that cannot be replicated for Anti Counterfeiting and a Licensing and Development Contract with India.
