Reg A+ is on hold until an amended offering circular is qualified by the SEC. This was a result of not being current, a requirement of running an offering. Sounds like there were some legitimate accounting issues caused by the COVID-19 reaction and restrictions.

The good news is the new circular will show a marked reduction in liabilities as well as current revenue and changes in ownership.

Temporary set back here. There is "A light at the end of the tunnel" and it is coming faster than some may think, IMO.

It will be fun to finally see CLWD move without dilution or even the possibility of dilution.
