The United States Securities and Exchange Commission is Culpable for this type of Fraud. Investors were led to believe that the company would receive a Pre-Advice (MT799) for $25 Million USD. This is why Press releases and tweets should be included in the Financials to hold the Company execs accountable. Who "sponsors" this behavior. The SEC.
