I don't think anyone truly knows but imo it's better than grey, kinda like an upgraded grey. At one point didn't seem like many were listed on it, seems to have grown in number a lot to include many that were grey, delisted, then brought back to active trading. Illiquid but perhaps more liquid than plain ol grey
