It's somewhat intuitive. There are three Admin levels (choice of tabs at lower left above date and time presented in large text).

I live in the country a few miles northwest of a lake called Clear Lake located in Lake County, California.

That county has only three virus cases represented by one red dot on the map; and after zooming in, I'll guess the three live in the same house. That red dot appeared just a couple days ago. Click the dot to obtain detailed information.

To adjust the map to that county, Select US on the Admin0 tab then select California on the Admin1 tab, then select Lake California US on the Admin2 tab. Then zoom in using the + symbol at the lower right of the central map. Zooming in to Clear Lake, there is an area to the upper-left of that lake called Witter Springs, and that's part of my mailing address. Looking toward the right of Clear Lake, there is a small red dot (mentioned in the previous paragraph). Click on red dots for more information.
