Why is it that PRED’s management, with their vast experience, knowledge, and talent, is not pushing harder to get their stock price up to uplist to NASDAQ?! Some of you have come up w/intelligent possibilities and ideas how they could be pushing promotion.
And yet, management is not pursuing these avenues that even a novice can conjure up. Why is that do you think?
If the shorts have such a stranglehold on the pps, preventing the price from reaching a certain level for x days, why has management not abandoned NASDAQ, and pursued a different avenue (ie NYSE)?
Hint: NASDAQ can make up any rules they want for a company looking to uplist.
This is just my opinion, but really this is just simple deduction from the facts. There’s no other logical conclusion.
One more thought: Why in the world has the NASDAQ not flat out declined PRED’s application? They’ve certainly had enough time to take a good solid look.
PRED STRONG.
