100% incredibly false and misleading. That has NOTHING to do with BWVI. Zero, zlich, nothing, there is no tie in. They don't play a role as an 'anchor' IN FACT, IF something happened to that other company that would ONLY BENEFIT BWVI.

So, I find it amusing it is claimed as a negative, when there is actually ONLY upside to the scenario as stated.
