I was watching it a lot and I was buying all week Trading today looked very bullish. Did more digging on the institutions, which is basically all under one guy. They are definitely selling, but are still holding around 10% and it looks to me like they might keep a chunk invested for the bankruptcy outcome. I don't view officer dispositions as significant in this case. They have bonuses baked into the bankruptcy agreement over next two years for sticking around and INAP meets certain covenants.
