Actually that is a nightmare. Wholesaling to distributor you never disclose prices to public, it steps on distributor toes sales wise. You don't want the end buyer to have that info, leads to protracted sales cycles as end buyers want price closer to cost.

And they will not be paid immediately, best terms they could get would be 10% up front, net 30 days. And they are unlikely to get that, perhaps 5% net 60. Often bulk sellers will take purchase order to lender who specializes in these deals and finance. Same will go for their payment to Chinese maker.

One of the other sellers of product demanded immediate payment from government and hospitals. Was told to get lost.

Wish you guys would cut back on the short silliness, if there were really a strong short play here volume would be much higher and price much lower, this is just normal consolidation.

I used to have computer/printer parts based wholesale business, sold it 15 years ago.
