This was in the March 31 court document

The information in this article was contained in the court document filed on March 31 that was mentioned in a few posts on this board, but those posts didn't say anything about the first two objections from HEMP's attorneys that were overruled by Judge Dorsey.

HEMP had filed three objections:

1) That Judge Leen had incorrectly ruled that some documents could be excluded because HEMP had failed to disclose them in a timely manner.

Judge Dorsey overruled that objection

2) That Judge Leen was wrong to issue an adverse instruction that the defendents didn't comply with their discovery obligations.

Judge Dorsey overruled that objection, but said that she would "revise the exact content of this instruction as necessary to clarify that the SEC has the burden to prove its case"

3) That Judge Leen was wrong to impose sanctions against HEMP that weren't litigated before her by HEMP or the SEC.

Judge Dorsey sustained that objection, but said that the SEC could bring those sanctions before Judge Leen at the proper time.

Number 3 was the only result mentioned on this board, probably because it was the only ruling that was positive for HEMP.

When I have more time, I'll upload HEMP's original objections and Judge Dorsey's response and provide links for all to see.
