Almost 5 times the buying volume

There are 1.5 million shares traded so far but only 230,000 showing on TSX.
All the other volume is withing the Alternate Trading Systems.


What kind of trading regulators do we have? Who are they working for? Certainly NOT the little guy. Why are ATS transactions prevented from displaying their volumes to the people who use the most widely used online trading services?
