Sweet lord Jesus, it is extremely ironic for you to being accusing someone of playing dumb and jerking people around JP. Although, really, it’s very flattering. Here I was, thinking I was playing smart to cover for me ignorance of investing in this dumpster fire.
You know, I really do believe there are good things to come for DUTV. Why? Because Ralph Porretti told me to accumulate for the long term and I would be amazed. I have no reason to believe that Ralph was lying. Would Joe Passoloqua be in business with Ralph Porretti if he was a dishonest liar? We know Ralph has that New York hemp/CBD license in his name and he works for Cherry Valley Hemp grower. Cherry Valley Hemp lab test results were sent to ATTN: Joseph Passoloqua at that same Liverpool address that Nature Science Health used. Anyways, there was a post on some other board, I guess people on the board were accusing this Passoloqua guy of being a murderer... ended up being a case of mistaken identity. The real JP responded with a very nice letter telling everyone that he was not a killer and that he was a honest business man. Seemed believable to me.
So, JP supposedly had 900 million shares of DUTV at one time. I wonder how many he has now? A good friend of mine on this board (I actually do consider him to be pretty good at this stuff) told me that this was just a pump shell... So, maybe just a pump to fund that Cherry Valley company. I don’t know, but there was that Biolog/Lexaria Bioscience deal. Biolog/Cannabis Strategic Ventures, Biolog/Redfund Capital. Couple others too I think? Also, that Plantation Company, what was that about... it all really is intriguing. Redfund and Wahupta, what about that deal? When looking at the big picture it’s definitely a very interesting coincidence at the least. Lakota, Wahupta... come on. So, I guess Wahupta made some licensing deal with Canateq Holdings.. “The agreement provides Wahupta with the exclusive global rights, outside the US, to manufacture and distribute Canateq’s hemp derived CBD formulation using their novel patent pending process.” Isn’t that what Biolog Inc was working on? Cannabis infusion technology? I thought
there was a Canateq Holdings mention in a old Biolog or Plantation filing somewhere?
Pat Scorzelli, another seemingly very honest man. All that Dana Farber cancer save the world talk. I heard he was related to a lady Jennifer Flanagan, “Jennifer L. Flanagan is a member of the Massachusetts Cannabis Control Commission. She was chosen by Massachusetts Governor Charlie Baker as his pick for the newly formed Commission.”. But anyways, I think the biggest piece of DD that attracted some people to DUTV in the first place... the infamous article about Pat acquiring dispensary licenses for none other than Prime Wellness/Acreage Holdings. Did some of this pump go to help Mr. Scorzelli’s company as well? The pump and dump of early 2018 just does not seem like enough of a dump to cover it all.
Gary Mchenry, he had that other shell, it shared the same address as Lakota Tribal Coop, anyways a couple of the guys from Cannabis Strategic Ventures ended up taking over that shell... some believe it looks promising over there I guess.

counter productive for a scam shell that just wants to pump and sell shares to make a guy like him CEO. Seems to me that someone wanted people to dump shares of this thing for some reason. Who knows why these people do what they do when they do it. It’s kinda like the whole Ianthus/Gotham Green Partners deal with Ianthus missing the interest payment this week. Who knows what’s really going on. I’m not up to speed on how all these shell games work. But, after Pat Scorzelli left and Mr. Stone took over, Malcolm Nickerson ended up with 147 million more shares.
I know of another shell that Mr. Passoloqua was custodian of. I guess they have some deal with University of Pennsylvania to develop some kind of nano technology to treat brain injury among other things. Well, anyways the custodian just retired 650 million shares back to the treasury over there. Could that happen here at DUTV? 2.2 billion plus JPs 900 million? Imagine if those got retired here, that would definitely get this ticker moving. Mr. Scorzelli seemed to be very sure that they would not need a reverse split here...
Malcolm Nickerson, now this guy seems to be a business man in the serious business of business. I guess he is president of DUTV (maybe this is our leader for now willpellel)? Anyways, he is some big time wealth manager or something like that. He is also involved with some other scam ticker that I know of... the company deals with home security via drones. Dakota Max is the controlling shareholder of DUTV. I always wonder what else Dakota Max owns. Sudden name change and then merge assets into DUTV shell? That was the game plan that I think Isodiol used when they went public. Seems to be a common thing. There is Isodiol->Liberty Health Science->SecureCom->Meris Kott->Redfund Capital->Biolog Inc->Joe Passo/Pat Scorzelli/Ralph Porretti. Yea, another coincidence, but what makes it intriguing for me is the Isodiol International Wyoming Pioneer Ave address suite 500 same as Dakota Max. So Meris Kott is CEO of Redfund Capital... there is a man named Eugene Hodgson who is a director at Redfund. Eugene is also a director at a company named Pebble Labs. Who else sits on the board of directors at this Pebble Labs? Jason Adler of Gotham Green Partners. Pebble Labs “developing solutions to safety and sustainability increase natural crop yields”. I don’t know what it means, but it’s just another of many interesting coincidences.
I think everyone agreed that DUTV was heavily accumulated and holding up extremely well for a scam shell until Momentum Holdings and SCI Inc dumped their consulting fee shares on the market. It dumped again when what I assume was Mr. Stone selling his “consulting fee” shares. I don’t know what Momentum Holdings is? Maybe connected to Mr. Stone. But SCI Inc seems interesting... “Since 2014, SCI Consulting Group has provided consulting services in support of local medicinal and adult-use cannabis policy. SCI has emerged as one of the primary consulting firms providing comprehensive local cannabis policy services in California.”
Jim, you have to be careful of the information on this board. It’s full of insiders, hell I think pretty much everyone here is an insider. At one point I even thought one of my good friends here could be Gary Mchenry himself. Speaking of that JP, have you spoke with WWB law firm lately? I know you had posted here awhile back that you spoke with them and they confirmed that they were indeed working on a deal with Lakota and DUTV. I tried to call and verify around that time as well but they wouldn’t tell me anything... Something about that information only being available to people who are involved with the companies.
Anyways, I like to consider myself part of this dysfunctional DUTV family now. I mean after my substantial investment here I think I earned it. I got 10k burning a hole in my pocket right now, I would love to get a smoking deal (no pun intended) to bring my cost average down. I been waiting for the 0001s but no one seems to be selling. Maybe if someone knows a guy who knows a guy, they could put the word in for me and I could get a nice deal.
Guys listen, last thing I’m trying to do is play dumb. I have no idea how the musical shell game works. I’m just trying to read the tea leaves here. It seems obvious that the people associated with DUTV are very involved in the cannabis sector and beyond. One could only hope that they would use this shell to bring one of their many ventures public. No dilution either, so they must be priming it for a good pump at the least.
