Factoring delays mean a slump in stock

people will start bailing, especially at the .12 area
and wait it out to buy back at .18 on the up swing.

companies that delay tend to have issues
you all know that from the past stocks like NDOL

If it wasn't for everybody manipulating the market, there wouldn't be a stock market at all.
