No he’s conveniently sick to avoid 1.) receiving the lawsuit summons 2.) reaching out to his shareholders.
He has no obligation to speak to shareholders at all, but he has been so vocal then all of a sudden silence after the lawsuit filed, float increases.

Come on guys!!!!! Nothing but a share selling atm. You telling me it’s taken nearly 10 months to get a merger done? This junk will be back to .01-.05 soon

More bad news will reveal itself soon.
