2) Coincidently, a gummy bear candy maker announces acquisition for N95 masks probably as excuse to delay shady filings.
3) NO 8k on this acquisition so shareholders know NOTHING about the acquired company which leads to #4.
4) Highly discounted note just taken out is "Off balance sheet", meaning must be reason they don't want it on their books. Shady? Naaaaa, not at all.
5) Conference call will be worthless.
