I spoke to Letiziano a couple days ago. You arent very far off. It has gone through pretty much all the stages and the documents will be sent this week or early next to the SEC lawyer to look over.

Letiziano was pretty straight with and said he didnt expect the financials to be updated or so for a few weeks or so due to the nature we all are facing. COVID has done a lot and has set many behind.

They are very committed but safety first. Just continue to soak up these cheap shares, lower your averages, when it drops...... GOOD BYE.
