INO It needs to said, "vaccine candidate", not "Vaccine".
Vaccine connotates something efficacious and approved.

Even the company began complying with this important distinction in its PRs after speaking after I picked them up on this.
Sometimes I feel like Inovio's unpaid consultant.

So ash, review Inovio's recent releases and you'll see, it needs to be referred to as a "candidate" or some other qualifier.

A "vaccine" connotates something that has crossed the finish line. Something Inovio (INO) hasn't done in its forty (40) years and $800 million dollars taken from investors.
