I submit the danger of cherry picking out of context. Read the whole latest #16 April 2020 NFORCED PAT 1 newsletter and I think you will find normal forward progress on a very complicated machine. It's a super buy (frustrating yes) at todays prices.

The last paragraph in #16 NFORCED speaks volumns:
