It is $12K, on average over the 10 years. Maybe less. The SEC filings prove it. I suggest you read them.

And yes, FINRA may have information that a large dump was about to occur. The suspension stopped it in its tracks.

But even so, there are massive red flags in the SEC filings. And they failed to file an 8-K with the change in management, and he never filed the required Form 3. Lots of issues which would have attracted the SEC anyway.
