You and I both know that is not true... You're telling me they paid off 2 notes (~$83,333 x 2 = $166,666) as per the April 6th PR by selling shares at .005?

So following your logic they have already done this (as stated in the PR, 2/3 notes already paid) by selling 33,333,200 shares($166,666/.005 = 33,333,200 shares) between when the filing was dropped on March 24th and when the PR came out on April 6th...?

Not a chance, they just updated the SS via OTC Markets on April 3rd and the change to the float between March 6th and April 3rd was ~4 mil... It went from 99 mil to where it is today at 103 mil
