fnyack - virtually everyone posting on this site now appears very depressed about where this stock is going, because it is obvious that JRMC is not going to open anytime soon (if ever under JRMC ownership).

Believing that Marsha Blackburn called in the state attorney general for political reasons is idiocy. The fact is that RNVA IS under investigation -- and by more than just the state attorney general, who I doubt would have undertaken the investigation purely to help Marsha Blackburn's political aspirations.

And moreover, why would it help MB politically to call for a state investigation if it wasn't called for because of serious questions about what SL has done to these hospitals?

Dream and hope and pray if you want to, and attack me if you're so inclined, but the fact is that RNVA is going down. I have been saying this since last year, when many here were saying that it was going to really take off.

It isn't taking off and won't be. And screw the 8k, which isn't even audited. Let's see what the audited 10k report looks like -- if or when it ever comes out.

And finally, whether or not I move down to Tennessee is irrelevant since my personal plans will have absolutely NO impact of RNVA's very grim future.
