VAblue, that exchange has to occur via the marketplace where holders of legit certs can sell them and our brokers can buy them to replace our shares. Otherwise, there's no other source to get the shares from, unless Megas increases the OS to account for all of us. But I don't think he's about to do that. That would let the DTCC off the hook.
