What do they say about bulls and bears... but pigs get slaughtered? Really sorry to see someone put themself in such a situation for no reason -- plenty to me made if patient.

All you need is for Treasury to say no help for servicers and pref sheds 30%, or some other event (who knows what?) and the market and prefs will shed 30%...

Not a good idea to borrow. And NEVER borrow at 33%...
