Perhaps it was due to the DTC and Dwak of old paper shares and older investors getting out then. But if the major holders aren't selling and the insiders aren't selling, there is a lot being sold and just as many being bought up. I don't think the buyers all dump at this level. Small sums buy lots of leverage.
