Huge numbers of retailers aren't "coming back" because the US was grotesquely over-stored by any standard. We had vastly too many stores per capita. Had twice as much retail sq footage as Canada. And that was before online selling began.

Have you noticed that shareholders of retailers that go into BK never come back. Sometimes the brand names survive but not the equity holders.

ASNA is a dumb bet.
