Trials don't start from Doctors calling hospitals.

Obviously we don't know where the people we "talk" to here are, but in my area there have been organized efforts to show support for the health care professionals who put themselves at risk every day to care for strangers. It's a little silly sometimes, like a few days ago people were asked to make some noise at 8PM to express that support...bang on pots and pans, beep car horns...a silly thing, but SOMETHING.

What we probably shouldn't be doing is taunting them.

I've asked this question at least twice. Even if you can't come up with an answer, give it some thought:
Why did they give B to the cells prior to infecting them with the disease if they were trying to show it to be an effective treatment?

It seems like an obvious question and it may have an obvious answer but I can't get one. Any ideas?
