The a reverse split will happen,,,it won't effect the AS nor the Preffered..Oh, and the ratio will change too. Just another clever ploy by someone who has made millions upon millions off this loan scam.....

The DD Edwin and his Influencers won't address, things like what is that conversion ratio..Where did all that stock sale money go,,,Why did Edwin spend a million on preferred and not fund lending or...
