Big accumulation in this stock started in Mar2019 with the 15-15D disclosure drop and it has steadily continued per weekly chart. Essentially, there hasn't be any activity from 2012 until 2019, per disclosures link. You can then see the chart drift off (or consolidate) for a while until Nov2019 and then BOOM up to .05+! So what happened??...the company updated its entity information and is now active (link below). Its doing the same thing right now (consolidating) but with with larger variations in price movement during this control dispute.
What does that say to you about a reviving company? this process takes time and that's why you have seen the accumulation remain steady and not fall out.
