In my experience, I have primarily seen PAUL on 2 types of tickers, new issues as the initial MM, and tickers with a lot of convertible debt as a dilution machine.....to see PAUL appear out of the blue on an illiquid, Chinese stock, with no convertible debt, thats barely ever traded any shares historically, is odd for sure.

Whether its a good or bad thing remains to be seen....lol. Obviously he has shares to sell, last time the ticker got any volume the MM's ran out of shares quickly and the spread went .05 X .40 for several weeks. If you anticipated volume coming in, depending on how many shares he has, his algo is pretty good. I've seen PAUL on 5 new issues in the past couple of years, and 2 of those were 10 baggers.

However, PAUL can also dilute into oblivion. IMO it does not make much sense here though, as how do you dump shares in a ticker that has few buyers....you can't. They spent $350K for a brand new shell, and did nothing with it for the past 2 1/2 years, that's a lot of money to flush down the toilet, there has to be some sort of plan.

I don't know, I'd like to think something up here, but maybe that's just wishful thinking after holding this for a couple years now....lol....hopefully it was worth the wait.... but who knows, may never do anything.
