Agreement for the first test kit order is dated April 1, 2020. The stock price closed at $0.86 on that date, which is why the 1.5 million warrants would have had that as the exercise price.
Wellgistics now has a rooting interest for PRED and its stock price to do well!
If my previous guesstimate is correct and PRED earns between $5-$20 per test, this first order is worth $5 - $20 mil in pre-tax profits to PRED. And with their NOL's, this is basically pure cash to the bottom line. And this is just the first order. I assume that once they execute on this order, more orders will follow very quickly and that this business will ramp up very quickly.
Hopefully we get a press release tomorrow morning with some clarification.
AND NO, I doubt that PRED already had the inventory given that they wouldn't have had the financial resources to stock up on test kits. So let's not jump the gun.
I would assume that PRED now has to get the kits from China and deliver them to Wellgistics. And then the next order will come in immediately following deliver and completion of this order.
This is only the beginning.
And remember, with the cash, they can immediately start work on the Atrin Cancer human trials. At the same time, there is a lot of positive press for M Stem Cells for Covid lung treatment. AND this will also lead to M Stem Cells for treatment of all types of lung inflammation. I predict that their stem cell biz is going to explode within the next quarter or two.
And by then, the retrospective study on their Artguide should be complete which will lead to commercialization of Artguide with fertility clinics throughout the country. And all of this is going to be even more applicable in China where the incidence of endometriosis is even greater! PRED has multiple avenues for success, each of which is ultimately worth billions of dollars. This could clearly become the next mega-billion dollar biotech company.
