Amount of money set aside for repurchase
Time frame for repurchase
Volume rules
Cant purchase in first hour, or last half hour of trading day

If he wanted to dedicate a million dollars towards a buyback in 2020, im sure he could get over 500 million shares off the market, or basically all the shares.
