My notes from 3/30/20 Microbix investor presentation ...

First off, they are not a "johnny come lately". They have expertise that can not be duplicated on short notice.

They expect to be profitable for full year 2020. Probably a small loss for 2Q, but then a profit for 3rd and 4th quarters. Material profitability in 2020 before all new initiatives this year.

Antigens are being used in dozens of tests that are seeking approval in China and other parts of the world
Bioreactors are improving their efficiencies greatly, maximizing yields, and reducing costs.

Their new Quality Assessment Product (QAP) ensure the accuracy of Covid test kits. In coming weeks, will be validating their Covid19 QAP on other test kits in the market. A lot of the tests out there are brand new, and the technicians may not be as experienced, so the QAP is more important than ever at this time.

Their Kinlytic Urikinase is a clotbuster drug derived from human ?. Currently tpa has a monopoly on the market. They want to make it a duopoly. They can not bring to market on their own, need a partner, probably needs a $20M investment, 2 1/2 year achievability. They feel it is a $350M opportunity.

4 bioreactors online, a fifth just came online, could go up to 8 bioreactors.

Many business development initiatives in progress, though some are slowed by covid impact on the economy.

No, that is a test, and Microbix validates tests. The more tests approved, the better for MBX

A dozen directors and managers/staff participated in the recent stock offering, strong belief in the company.

Initial capacity 5K swabs/wk, partnering with Copan.
Plans in place to scale up QAP production 10fold.
