Holy shit. New O/S is 7.1 million. More than doubled in 30 days.

This means that all the volume is dilution from conversion or they are also giving themselves stock bonuses and compensation.

These idiots drove this company into the ground and diluted the shit out of investors yet they get to keep getting their cushy salaries and bonuses? They are outright frauds.

Pre-reverse split the share count would be 7.1 billion shares, that means they have increased the O/S 7x since the RS.

The SEC should investigate these morons for fraud and misleading investors. They PR'd the RS saying it was to attract institutional investors and to uplist to NASDAQ, when the reality is that they knew the 2.5 billion authorized was nowhere near enough to maintain their dilution. Now they still have 2.5 billion authorized and can continue to screw investors.
