I doubt that will be much of a problem. I don't know what Mexico is doing, but in the US, when the states shut down businesses, the only jobs available to laid off workers are package delivery for Amazon and the like. High paying jobs, especially those requiring training or skill, won't be available until the restrictions are removed. When that happens, people will return to their old jobs - if the company survived.

Gold Resources will be among the survivors. As you pointed out, GORO has a good relationship with their employees, so getting them back when allowed shouldn't be a problem.
