Some companies sell two cassettes one for igg and one for igm

Some companies put both on the same cartridge basically two for one

I think the double is better as it tests both but the sales guy in China told me it’s a waste to test for both because you should know which one the person should test for

When it only costs a couple of bucks why take the risk ? Just test both every time
