Yes, I agree that this January meeting now has more sense and most likely was related to the patent.
Also Interesting catch that they used cbd from Noramco. I wouldn't be surprised if they are going to partner with them or in fact any one of the companies that were in January meeting to move forward. It definitely would be a smart move to partner with someone that has money and is capable of doing trials. There is just no way cvsi can do it by themselves.
Either way very interesting.
Looking forward to lawsuit being dismissed. I wish cvsi has money laying around that could spend on lawyers going after Citron now. It should be easy win with a patent in their pocket.
